Is there any access to the storage units on the weekends?

Of Course. You will have access 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You will also receive a unique code to enter the facility.

How do I choose the right size storage unit?

We can assist you in picking the correct size unit for all your storage needs. We want you to be satisfied and comfortable with your storage choice. Just ask us and we can help! Please view our unit options to see which size will work best for you.

What kind of items can I store?

We allow household items, equipment, business inventory and files, boats, campers, vehicles and RVs. Please contact us if you have specific questions.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What type of security does the facility have?

Our facility is equipped with advanced DVR recordings with multiple cameras located throughout our sites. Further, Stillhouse Self Storage requires a gate access code 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Are auctions held at the storage facility?

Yes, as mandated by law. However, Stillhouse Self Storage will go to the furthest extent of communicating with our tenants to prevent any unnecessary or painful events where your treasures might be auctioned off.

What if I’m not able to make my payment on time?

We understand that we all have circumstances in our life that are unexpected. In these cases please contact our office to set up other options.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Check, Credit Cards, and Money Orders. NO CASH ACCEPTED

Yes. Stillhouse Self Storage allows our customers the convenience of automatic payment on the 1st of the month so you do not have to worry about coming in or calling. Stillhouse Self Storage will notify you by email when your transaction is processed.
